ISOQuant - integrated solution for label-free quantification

Welcome to the ISOQuant project page.

ISOQuant is a software tool for processing label-free quantitative LC-MS/MS proteomics data.

It is designed for high throughput postprocessing of (Waters ProteinLynx Global Server preprocessed) label-free LC-MS/MS data acquired using MS^E, HDMS^E and UDMS^E data independent acquisition approaches.

As part of an academical project, ISOQuant software is open source and freely available under terms and conditions of a BSD like license.
